Nervous - Tues, Feb 23

We became members of the YMCA today. It is a short bike ride from the house. We also signed up for ChildWatch, so I could take Serenity and participate in daytime classes. Now I am nervous. Unlike a daycare kid, she doesn't just play for anybody and I am concerned about trying to leave her. I am also a little concerned about looking like a freak mom by checking in every 15 minutes. Yah, know what? Let me be freak mom! It is no one else's job to make sure she is comfortable. Besides, better me to intercede than the YMCA people to deal with her crying and upset.
