I was reading in Mother Earth News about making no knead artisan bread. There is a book called
Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day. Their site is
www.healthybreadinfive.com . It, in reality, takes more than five minutes, but you just mix up the dough (in five minutes) and refrigerate it. When you want bread, pull out dough, let it rise, and bake it. We'll see how it goes. (They also have a book under the same title - yum!)
