The kids LOVED this game. The teacher hides the mouse under a house (you can use any two rhyming things - duck/truck, flea/tree, slug/mug, etc.). Then a child chooses a color and all chant & clap the rhythm: "Little Mouse, Little Mouse, are you in the (color) house?" The teacher checks: yes? no? Go on until the mouse is found.
