Whew! Major changes since the last posting in May. We purchased a home thanks to the credit crisis and crappy housing market. We are putting in the back yard garden and trying to keep the front yard from drying up or succumbing to rolly-polly bugs. Ren has come a long way - babbling, eating more diverse foods (Thai and Indian especially), drinking out of a straw, some baby sign language. We bought her a new bed and managed to completely skip the crib stage. When we moved it, we made sure every shelf that was Ren height was cleared of valuables and things that we didn't want to repeatedly pick up. Funny, we ended up getting more bookcases because we couldn't put books on the bottom two shelves.
I have carved out Wednesdays during naptime to write in this Blog as part of the Mother's Rule (see books to the left here). We'll see how it goes. Today, however, is Wednesday, but the little angel isn't sleeping but is playing with the computer mouse. So, that is all for now.
